1.)  Develop our players to compete at the highest level.  

2.)  Promote our players and assist in advancing them to the highest levels of Amateur, Junior, and Collegiate Hockey. 

3.)  Our players experience personal growth by using the sport of Hockey to create a culture and environment where our young adults can learn life’s most valuable lessons.

1.) Employ the areas best coaches.

2.) Recruit the best available players both locally and regionally to build the most competitive team.

3. Tournaments expose the players to some of the best talent at their age level in the country.

4. Our coaches will actively promote our players. Our coaching staff will collaborate to provide a collective scouting network.
